Strange Direction
Interesting flick, anybody else think there were some odd editing/directorial choices going on? The montage of Fonda, the silent airplane scenes, lots of offscreen dialogue..not a bad thing, but definitely unexpected.

shareThe film borrows quite heavily from the post modern masterpiece "Point Blank" (1967).
There is similar edits in that film, in Point Blank it makes more sense because it is a memory film. I guess in this film the editing choices are done to show the discrepancy between the older and younger versions of the characters in a way.
