Gloves

Okay, it's been a year and half since I have seen this movie, but I seem to remember he was luring young prostitutes into his car, killing and burying them, so why worry about his fingerprints? Their fingerprints and blood would be there if anyone cared enough to look for these girls and have reason to suspect him. Wearing gloves when it is warm out would just draw attention to him.

Yes, he even took them off when he stole Felicia's money from her back pack, so he´s not too concerned about leaving fingerprints on her stuff etc... driving gloves, like you said; he's a bit old-fashioned, stuck in the time when his mother was a somewhat famous tv chef, and he was her chubby little son. Stealing money from a wallet (his mother's?), and burying the wallet underground, like he would later bury the girls.. Brilliant film, in many ways.
