Has anyone noticed the bumps it looks like on the actor who plays Eddies neck. Is it just acne or what? lol. Just curious. Regardless of that though the dude is hot and so is the guy that plays Richard Street. :)

shareNo, not razor burn either. Those are ingrown hairs. Apparently, if you read magazines and watch commercials, Afro-American men suffer from ingrown hair when they shave. These are referred to as "razor bumps".
My brother-in-law is Irish and Danish and he suffers from sensitive skin that gets enflamed when he shaves. Some men just grow beards because of these irritations.
