I always remembered that scene when David walked into the club and greets that white woman. Never thought about it till now after watching "Unsung" David Ruffin. Was that lady supposedly supposed to be his wife that he had his son David Jr. with?

Hmm..possibly. Never thought about it. It always disturbed me that only some of their families were portrayed or mentioned. Her memoir makes for a good read, though. It has some photos of her, David, & their son. It's always nice to hear another perspective.
