I would guess Chantal and Henry get divorced and Henry gets out of Puerto Rico. It would seem logical.

I would wonder also, since Henry is a Lawyer would he be able to bring some legal action against the two detectives for violating his rights?

The movie ends w/ him being a broken man and just going home alone. But, after a few days of sulking, I would imagine him (being a lawyer) goes on alittle rampage of sorts, suing everyone he could. He would prob keep around the pretty wifey and give her the medicine he was getting though. Just my opinion.
