Believe it or not but Tilda Swinton is admired by many (straight) men for her androgynous looks. I don't find her attractive but she isn't ugly either.

No he didn't do the right thing from the very start, by copying the map. If he hadn't done that, then she wouldn't have forced him to have sex with her and even if she did regardless of him copying the map or not, he could however have been more responsible by openly telling everyone in a complaining manner (including Francoise) that Sal forced him to have sex with her
