The dino at the dung heap...
That dino at the dung heap, when they are searching for the phone (T. Rex maybe?) Just looks at them and turns around and leaves. What was that all about?

shareIt was a Ceratosaurus. The point was that, had he encountered the humans under different circumstances, he might have hunted them as any other giant, carnivorous, predatory therapod in such a movie would seem prone to do. Instead, the characters were saved by the Spinosaurus droppings, which warded him away the same way that wolf pee can save the carrots in your garden from hungry rabbits.
Also, it was a nice way to show other therapods that inhabit the island, and to show the beauty of therapods detached from their aggressive, terrifying nature without recycling the T-Rex again.
I understand how he decided to leave because of the awful smell, but the whole scene is ridiculously stupid. The way the dinosaur turns to the camera and blinks before running away belongs to Looney Tunes or a Disney film, not in Jurassic Park.
Downright awful stuff as 95% of the movie.
For within each death there is always a new life, a new beginning - Dillon, Alien 3
Precisely.

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing .
I love how he kinda makes a disgusted 'ugh' noise at the Spino poo, like he's saying *beep* that *beep* lol

How would the Ceratosaurus react to this?
I assumed it was because it knew that the dung was from the Spinosaurus, and wanted nothing to do with it.

I may be a huge fan, but I'm certainly not a fanboy.
