Where did Chuck Noland go in the end?
I''m guessing he could have gone to Arinzona or New Mexico in the end.

shareHe very clearly goes after the lady. The film makers have discussed how they feel people are moved around in life by the "winds" of change. And in the movie, wind/weather pushes the plane off course and the wind is what helps him get off the island and then if you watch the last scene, the wind is picking up and blowing him towards the lady as she drives off.
shareYeah the movie makes a point that Chuck was trying to live his life regimented to a strict time frame, but by the end he was just letting the elements take him wherever. He stopped trying to map out his future and surrendered himself to a higher power, he had control over nothing.
