Am I the only one who noticed...
some chemistry between Brink and the girl?
I probably am, but I figured I'd post this anyway.

Somewhere in movie world their married now with little kids who skate
No time, no place, to talk about the weather
Naw...the only chemistry and sexual tension featured in this movie was between Brink and Val!
Seriously, watch the movie again and imagine that Val's got a twisted crush on Brink...it's a whole 'nother movie altogether - and one Disney would definitely not condone or endorse! ;)
It's totally hilarious!
My sister and I have waaay too many Val/Brink inside jokes regarding the movie (amongst a million others...like that Brink's skanky Mom is having an affair instead of going to her 'Real Estate' selling job (sure, Mom! nice try!) and that Pete's hinted at dysfunctional relationship with his stepfather is a lot more brutal than he's letting on...)
But it's an extremely cheesy, harmless Disney film with some occasional cringe-worthy line deliveries, etc...so it requires very little effort to make up golden jokes while watching. They make it so easy it's not even fair really.
This goes in the 'Guilty Pleasure' list for sure a long with other (so bad they become good) kid/tween movies like 'Sidekicks' and 'Ladybugs'.
