Does anyone know what the first Disney made for TV movie was? I'm trying to go back and remember what came earliest but the first I can think of are Smart House and Brink...but I'm pretty sure there have to be sum before that.
The first disney channel original movie was Northern Lights(1997). They had other movies before then starting with Tiger Town (1983) but those movies were known as Disney Channel Premiere movies.
The only movies I remember are Under Wraps (1997) and so on.
Anyone know what that movie was called that was on the Disney Channel in the 90s, and it was about a teenager girl who was trying to do magic or w/e. And she went to see this old lady a lot, that had lots of potions, and magic and stuff. I was only a little kid when this movie was shown, and I am desperate to know what the name of it is. I'll give some parts of the movie:
The girl is in a car with a geek (the geek is driving), and she says, "Leave me alone!" and then the geek disappears, and so she has to swerve the car to the side of the rode or w/e.
A boy comes to her house/bedroom to do homework with her, and the old lady gave her some sand or something, and she had to pour it on the bed, or on the guy, and tell him that she loves him to get him to like her, but she ends up not doing it.
She tells a girl that's about to perform on stage, "Break a leg." and while she's walking, she trips, and breaks her leg. And then the girl that broke her leg, and others got mad at her for jinxing her or something.
At the end, the guy becomes inlove with her, and they're outside, and it's really sunny and stuff. And so I remember the guy trying to catch the girl, or the girl trying to catch the guy. It was some romance thing, but I really don't remember that scene much.
Well anyways, if anyone knows what movie I'm talking about, please let me know what the name of it is, if you know. Thanks a lot!
Teen Witch?! Oh man, that movie is tops. I love when it suddenly turns into a musical with that song "top that." Man, awsome. Her little brother creeped me the hell out though.
Yes. I love that movie. Too bad Disney does not like playing the older movies that much anymore. He was the oldest kid from Growing Pains, which I also loved.
