Another Skating Movie

This is about Brink, but does anybody remember another skating movie that was on Disney Channel a long (longggg) time ago? It was set in California (because the main character just moved down there if I remember correctly), it look like it was made in late 80's/early 90's, and they also had a race down a hill. I think the hill was called "Hell Hill" or something like that. Anyway, the main character guy falls in love with some girl in the movie too...if that helps at all, lol. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me the title of the movie, it was really good!

I remember that movie! i cant remember what it was called though. It was a lot like Jonny Tsunami right?

Ugggh, I think I know what you're talking about!

Wasn't it he moved from Cali to a colder place? And he started to rollerblade? The plot was kind of similar to Johnny Tsunami.

And at the end there was the big race down the hill.

And he called that guy "brah" and everyone was confused.

And him and the girl had one scene in a greenhouse/indoor garden type thing. Or it may have been a butterfly house.

I saw it first on Disney, then on one of the movie channels. Whoa! Disney edited a lot! By the way, I think that monster hill was called the Devil's Backbone (or maybe the Devil's Spine, but Backbone sounds closer). And which character was Jack Black? I remember Seth Green's character easily (the dorky, long- and red-haired cousin with the most boring and clueless parents on the planet).

Yeah it was Airborn but I don't remember that movie being a Disney movie.

A boat that floats on water can also sink in it.
