Old Vincent Kartheiser interview reveals how the set of season 4 was

He clearly says that during season 4 the set was not full of enthusiast people,everyone was just doing their job and thats all,and he clearly says that Joss Whedon was rarely in the set during that season,because he prefered to be in the set of his new love Firefly,and in the set of the final season of Buffy! Hard to believe he had the time to be a monster to everyone in Angel like some accusations wants us to believe... well other accusations comes from the Buffy cast,so i guess he had more time to be a monster there,if the accusations are true...i dont believe most of them are true though.
