Okay, I beat Leons A scenario in 2hrs and 22min and got a B ranking, but when i go to Claires B scenario, and go to the magic box, the rocket launcher with infinate ammo is not there. What am i doin wrong?

Did it say at the end that you were awarded the rocket launcher? Or did you have in Leon's game? If so, you have to leave it in the item box for Claire to pick up.

that room must be the room which the strategy book spoke, it is shared room

Unless leonA/ClaireA not take that item, or else the B cast can't take it.

The room that you are located, is the SHARED room @ RPD basement.

The theory is like ITEM BOX

if A took that thing away then B won't see - unless A not take or else B won't have
