Well, since it is IMDb; how's about movies? What kind of films do you like (genre)? Personally, I'm into crime, action, thrillers, drama, war and horror films. My favourite genre though, is mystery. Yourself?

My favourite Hitchcock movie is probably Vertigo. Just because it's a mystery thriller. LOL
Kubrick is one of my favourites. And yeah, I hate chick flicks too.
Kubrick Is a master, BTW I have both Vertigo and 2001: A Space Oddysay, but just havn't had time to watch them.

Well, if you like your films with twists that slot into place regarding the storyline; then Vertigo is amazing. 2001 is a spectacle, not for those who like fast moving movies though, it's his slowest moving movie (Kubrick).
If you like Kubrick; The Shining and Barry Lyndon are great pieces of work.
Never seen Barry Lyndon, but slow films don't bother me.
