I don't think so. First of all the Harrison Ford twist just does not work that well anymore. This was really a great move when I saw the movie the first time, as it made the ending totally unpredictable for me, especially in that time when Hollywood totally relied on its star-system and *everybody* was *always* typecast, to the degree that it came at a suprise if Bruce Willis did wear more than a bloodstained undershirt.
Also, and that might be just me, I think people paid more attention to the content. It is a slow movie which can work great when people have the patience to get into it, but compared to today's all-three-minutes-there-has-to-be-a-shock-effect horror it demands a lot and is impossible to watch on an iphone.
The whole ghost-theme has been used over and over again, so the freshness of the last scenes (which I think left it open to interpretation, whether it was supernatural) is gone.
