Just watched 'Reel Bad Arabs'
Oh boy, TELL ME the way the conspiracy is discovered by T. L. Jones' character in this film is NOT like it seems in that other film/doc.
Seriously, he sees a one-legged girl, follows her to a children hospital, finds a casette lying nest to her bed with the terrorist chief casually detailing how they are going to hit on the Americans and make it look like they fired first?????
I mean, HTF is that supposed to work? Why does the terrorist chief record the message? There were not that many people involved in the plot, and I don't think "get in the middle of the crowd with guns and fire at the 'Mericans" is so complicated it cannot be said to all of them in a single location at the same time. But even if he preferred recording cassettes with the instructions and handing one to each gunmen invovled, why would any of them carry one to a children hospital and casually lay it on the ground next to a one legged girl's bed for the 'Merican lawyer to find when he followed her? Oh, right, the one legged girl was ALSO a terrorist. Why did she keep the cassette then? And why make the 'Merican lawyer follow her to it, again?
Was the terrorist one legged preeschooler disappointed that the plot had cost her a leg and wanted to tell the 'Merican lawyer to get back at the evil terrorist boss?
