What were the names of the short story triology that this was based on ?
I would like to read the short stories that this was based on.
Could someone point me in the direction of the triology names?
Thanks

The film Impostor (2002) was based upon the short story "Impostor" (1953), which can be found in Selected Stories of Philip K. Dick (Pantheon Books, 2002).
Other films made from his short stories are: The Minority Report (2002, from the story published in 1953) and Paycheck (2003, from the story published in 1953); the film Total Recall (1990) was based upon the story "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" (1966) and the film Screamers (1995) was based upon the story "Second Variety" (1953); all four of these stories are collected in The Philip K. Dick Reader (Citidel Press, 1987).
The iconic sci-fi film Blade Runner (1982), starring Harrison Ford and directed by Ridley Scott, was based upon the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, (Ballantine Books, 1968).
A French film,Confessions d'un Barjo (1992), directed by Jerome Boivin, was based upon the novel, Confessions of a Crap Artist (Entwistle, 1975).
In the summer of 2006, a film based upon his novel of the same name, A Scanner Darkly (Doubleday, 1977) is going to be released, starring Keanu Reeves and directed by Richard Linklater.
All of three of the novels listed above are currently available in paperback as reprints from Vintage Books.
Hope this is helpful; happy reading! I've enjoyed many of the filmed adaptations of Dick's stories and novels, but so far, none of them have captured his uniquely sardonic voice and gleefully jaundiced view of the world of 'the future'.
He packs more ideas, wit and social commentary in 10 pages of a short story than Hollywood spools out in 100 pages of screenplay and 2 hours on film. I think he's one of the great, unappreciated writers of the 20th century.
