cold mountain blu-ray issue

I just bought this disc and cannot access the bonus features. When I start the disc, I get a message that says, "your movie will play soon, click the pop-up to change settings anytime". The only setting I can change is the audio track. There appears to be no disc menu. If anyone here has the blu-ray disc, can they clarify this? or assist me in finding the bonus features.

There are some movies on Blu-Ray that don't have a Blu-Ray menu, and go straight into the film.
When you do press 'menu' however, it takes you to some sort of 'special features' menu.

Some films do this.
But I'm from the UK, and on my Blu-Ray I have a main menu and, well I haven't access my special features yet, but I've looked at the special features menu.
