It was an awfully cute baby, that's for sure, but you're right. Natalie/Sara would have died in childbirth the minute the head started to crown.

Thank you! Everyone's acting like the baby was born yesterday. It was a big baby and it grew fast... let's it's 16 months or whatever. But when I saw it I said "that's baby's a freak!". Weird/poor casting choice I think.
