Going to The Year of the Fan Experience in San Diego creative team members did say that another movie will probely happen in the future and that son their contact with comedy central will end after season 17 (i think)
So what I think they should do is if they finish early at the 17th season they should make a movie ending it all for the die hard fans.

Here is my idea.
Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman want to win a short film contest. Kyle says the should do it about aliens and make those blair witch style movies. They make Cartman remember about his experinces about the probe in the pilot episode. But of course they make Butters do a crazy alien contact for the film. Doing so they accidently bring attention to real aliens and they invade South Park. So Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Butters, and Cartman decide to save their town and world as well as win the video contest.
Personally I would love to have this throw back to the pilot episode and feature Butters and the movie because he is basically a main character now. Make it at least 95 minutes and have Kenny kick some ass like he kills for once.

Sounds a little too close to Super 8.

Seeing as this film is one of the best animated pictures ever made.
Also seeing as the TV show now is just plain terible.

They'd be better off just forgetting any kind of a sequel as they'll only tarnish what great work this film is.
