The doctor that replaces Kenny's heart with a baked potato sounds a LOT like George Clooney. I also know that he's good friends with Trey and Matt. Does anyone else know if that's him?

Yes, it is him. According to Trey and Matt, Clooney begged and begged to be in the film.
