After the credits, there's a scene where Ike eats a rat and says something. What does he say?

He says "Guys out there is hurted", presumably because he had been watching the war from the attic.

What comic_guy87 said in its post, is what I believe is what he says, and heard him saying. So either he was watching from the attic or he just looked out and saw them hurted. Through it is weird for him to say this line, after the credits even with having going back to what happened before the war.
