Where did you hear that? I’ve watched the movie hundreds of times and don’t remember an implication of that.

His actually mom his his mom they eventually did reveal who his real dad is but if you haven;t seen the episodes where that can of worms was reopened again, I would hate to spoil it for you.

I would say so since expect for the syndicated version of South Park that is rated TV14, when they originally air on Comedy Central they carried a TV MA rating.
