Dark lighters poisoned Arrows
In season 1 Love Hurts, Leo told Piper and Phoebe not to touch the arrow in him that it was dipped in poison. Then Prue had to use her powers to get it out, but later on from encounters with other dark lighters the poison is now only leathal to whitelighters. Was the dark lighter Alec in this episode different and probably using a different kind of poisoned arrow or was this just the writers changing the charmed rules for all dark lighters?
