shareBut the show isn't bad. Most fans agree that it's great until you get to Season Five and begin to ruin the idea that the show was about three sisters who happen to be witches and become a show about demon-slayers who happen to live in the same house.
Up to 'Sleuthing with the Enemy', which is when this started, it's still my all-time favorite show, while I know a lot of fans who would count Season Three and Season Four as their favorite show.
The writing was always sloppy, but it was better in the earlier seasons, sure. The show always had a so bad it's good vibe. It was never on the Buffy level in terms of quality. That being said, the original show did have charisma that I don't think can be replicated. The 'charm' of this show can never be duplicated

Why even call it Charmed if it's not going to be connected to the original series in any way? To me it sounds like they're desperate and just slapping on the Charmed title to try and pull fans in ?
