So the sisters defeated the demons in the ring. Why wasn't Tom immediately cured? Why did they have to go thru all the BS at the manor at the end?

Why would that cure Tom?

The only way to remove the markings from his arm and his hold from the demons was to vanquish the demon he made the pact with, which they only do in the Manor.

The game with the demons in the wrestling ring was a deal they made whereby the demons let Tom and the sisters go if they win the match. But the demon was lying and attempted to kill Piper and flee with Tom.

Exactly, demon Perlman said if the witches won in the ring he would let Tom go. Episode should have ended there.

No, because letting him go wouldn't have cured him - just let him get away from the demons.

Perlman was lying. Hence why he attempted to murder Piper and flee with Tom. He was never going to let him go.

Also, letting Tom go wouldn't have saved him. Vanquishing Perlman's character was the only way to break his hold over him. Hence the chevrons on his arm vanishing after his death.
