I know that Ox had requested it, however It was hard to understand Ox , so I was confused at to why they killed dude? Also , in the retaliation against Ox, was the voodoo chic like a boss or something ? Why'd they send her? Also was the dude w/ the mohawk very important ?

And he also says if someone from Jamaica would kill him, his people would take revenge on their whole family. So they need a foreigner to do it.
Then the man who apparently was the new boss, "Pelpa", after finding out Ox was behind the hit, sent his assassin, the girl, to New York to kill Ox.
