The light dropping on the one contestant, how'd that even happen? They could've prevented it when realizing it wasn't Amber. I guess I'm over-thinking it.
And what exactly made the float blow up?
Would've been funny if the girl who was adopted by the Asians was then given up for adoption after losing in the pageant
Not knowing entirely how the light dropped, I've always thought that those paid to drop the light only knew the time slot of the girl and not what she looked like.
As for the float, it was made in Mehico to save money, and (it's been a long time since I've seen it) I think Denise Richard's character complains of the smell of gas. I think it was just cheaply made and not safe.
