Sorry if this is a stupid question, but when Amber says something to the effect of "my neighbour found my dress on his roof...weird part is, it was still on the hanger!" What is that implying??? That the neighbour stole the dress?

she wasn't implying anything except that it was incredible that her dress not only survived the explosion and flight to the neighbor's roof, but stayed on the hanger.
shareI agree with the last poster. The way Dumst delivered the line, it did feel like there was a joke between the lines, but I think it was just part of the running gag that fate wanted Amber to win.
shareIt took me a long time to find the punchline in this joke, but I think the ironic part is that the dress is still in perfect condition. Not a scratch or tear on it.
