Disappointed in Karen Walker
I personally was disappointed in Karen that she didn't live up to her promise to send hitmen after Leo if he ever hurt Grace. She didn't even seem phased when he finally did cheat on her.
I don't like noticing the indiscrepancies in shows when the writers and producers don't remember previous events in previous episodes but the audience does.
