The character of Karen is annoying

In the initial series, as a supporting character she was great. But, as time went on, and she increasingly became a main character, she started to change into this broad caricature of privileged status/ wealth that was more grating than funny.

Her entire shtick is standing facing the camera with one hip out, rolling her eyes to the side and spewing sarcastic comments with a slight head toss. Her jokes always aim for the lowest-brow humour possible.

And, when her and Jack share a storyline, that's the worst. The recent bit with psychic Jack / ghost of Rosario was cringe worthy as they both mug relentlessly to dig up some laughs.

Bring back the old Karen, please...
