I never seen any of her movies. I didn't even know she was in Singing in the Rain. Not really my type of movie. Anyways, I thought she was funny on Will & Grace as Grace's mother.

just out of curiosity, how can you know you don't like Singin' in the Rain if you haven't seen it?
Just had to ask because it's my favorite movie of all time.

I don't care for singing and dancing movies. But there's nothing wrong with it being one of your favorites. It looks like it's well made.

Fair enough. Musicals are my heart and soul so naturally I get defensive lol. Most people I know don't watch it because they're unwilling to give old movies a chance, which breaks my heart personally but I guess you can't win them all.

She was, (mostly to Grace) ,..but she knocked it out the park

She played the nagging/ judgmental mother perfectly. So yes, annoying to Grace, but not the audience.

we only have two rules in this house.
Number one: boys and girls don't sleep in the same bedroom, unless they're married.
And Will, always light matches in the bathroom after poopie-doos.

I've seen a few of her movies and she's is a great actress. However, I have to say that her role as grace's mother is my absolute favorite! She was so funny in that role and I loved her "told you so" song.
