could anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the original VHS with the 3-D cover?

Does anyone know about a different VHS cover!!!??? I remember back in the 80's the rental cover was different than the one being offered on the internet

I have a UK vhs of this with this cover.
I can scan it properly if you like.
