Is this the right movie(SPOILERS)?

Don't rember the whole movie but 2 parts:
One these 2 idiots decide to get a chainsaw and ti the rope around one as the other lowers him down to kill the zombie though it backfires and the zombies get it and kill them. sorry it all i rember
Two is I guess the heroine as u might call her decides to throw the zombies a dinner party and somehow lure them into the basement where as the their put back into the TV. Then she awakes in the hospital where somehow they roll her TV in turn it on and leave, where the zombie on the screen stop and turns to fave to screen the lady screams and the movie ends?
Rember these 2 scens only not sure if it being Ijust caught the end of not did a search and this seemd the closest match, can anyone tell me if this is it and if its worth it?
Mind you I love B-grade and cheesy horror that they used to show on USA's saturday nightmares, Cap't USA's groovy movies, and TBS super scary saturday that was hosted by AL Lewis's as grandpa frm the munsters
