Ive been a HUGE fan of this for years, Its proof that low budget doesnt mean low concept. But i have always wondered what a follow up would consist of?
What do you think the whole "garbageman" mythology, and the TV's back story could be?
Any thoughts?

Well the garbage man was in the Tv set killing Zombies, Its something the original never really explores, And Ive always wondered what Robert Scott would have done with this sub plot. Probably looking too much into this but its just such agreat movie, and is a credit to what you can do with a little imagination and no money.

No worries. My copy came from an old laser disc version, (or should that be laser video the precusor to laser disc)
And the image and sound quality are far greater that the vhs.

Instead of just a sequel, I'd do a remake, and then turn the remake into the first entry of a trilogy. I started another topic here discussing an idea for a remake/trilogy. And the third film would be called "Video Dead in HD".
