I never saw the last batch of episodes because the U.S. Nickelodeon has some THING about leaving the last episodes of lots of cartoons unaired. However, from what I know of the last episodes, Cat and Dog never separated.

Yes it was the movie I would love to see it again. I described the movie the best I could remember since it has been years since I last saw it. So this was the ending to CatDog.
No they don't get seperated. They do however get seperated from their parents as itty bitty babies. The movie was about CatDog going on a mission to find out where they come from. They search for their parents who by the way are not who you would think... They find all sorts of strange creature's and a hillbilly community made up of cats and dogs who they think is their family. They eventually find their adoptive parents who took them in as babies by finding them on their doorstep. They get seperated by this tornado like whirlwind and wind up in nearsburg when they are babies. At the end their parents decide to live with them.OH and of course the greasers are chasing them along during their journey. (I believe that is the town they live in. haven't seen Catdog in such a long time)
