Very much disagree. CatDog is one of the great NickToons. To me...the decline started after most of them stopped re-running and Spongebob, FOP, & Jimmy Neutron were the only good shows on Nick. After a while of that being the case, Spongebob & FOP eventually began to get worn thin and stretched on just a little too long. They were carrying the whole channel. Well, I must admit that I enjoyed Back at the Barnyard and found it quite funny, but that was never a major hit, and never on the level of the excellent cartoons they produced in the 90s. If they turned TeeNick into a 24/7 channel airing ALL of the "golden era" Nick cartoons, live-action series, & game shows, that would just be the most epic channel on TV.
There were a few other cartoons toward the tail end of the high period that I honestly did not like very much (Rocket Power, As Told By Ginger), but they're still included in the "90s Nick" package (guess even Butt Ugly Martians is, lol), and I'd still take them over any later shows EXCEPT for Spongebob, FOP, Jimmy, BatB, & Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness. That series is cool. And to be honest, my least favorite NickToon was always Ren & Stimpy. I didn't hate it, but didn't like it nearly as much as the rest.
"The 90s Are All That" and Boomerang from Cartoon Network are great starts, but they kind of need to go further by consistently airing ALL of the wonderful shows that everybody loves. The Disney Channel is the one that REALLY needs to get on the ball and devote one of their channel numbers to Gummi Bears, DuckTales, TaleSpin, Rescue Rangers, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Bonkers, classic Disney shorts, House of Mouse...and though the following were never favorites of mine, definitely throw them in too: Gargoyles, Pepper Ann, Quack Pack, Mighty Ducks, Hercules/Aladdin/Little Mermaid/Emperor's New School/Jungle Cubs/Timon & Pumbaa/Lilo & Stitch, etc.
