The two main characters told Reese that they would get her help.

Paul told Natalie that paramedics're on the way. So then where are they driving to? Woudn't it make more sense to be there with Reese while waiting for cops and paramedics?

Also they would have noticed Brendas body was missing before they got in the car.

i liked that the movie ended how it started -> the urban legend of a killer hiding in the back of a car.
