Lopping the head off of someone driving would cause the vehicle to go out of control and eventually crash and not come to a complete and safe stop not to mention that it would be extremely difficult to swing an ax from the back seat of a vehicle and not only make it a perfect hit but to not hit the head rest of the seat.

shareFair enough, though I'm not sure if a car would necessarily spin out of control if the driver were decapitated like that-- I would think that your muscles would become lax, therefore no more pressure on the gas pedal, so the car may just coast to a stop (or until it hits something).
