Why do i like this movie ?

I'm a gruff, bearded, drunk, dirty, stoned, convicted criminal- I'm a motorhead that loves real rock and roll, wrestling and occasional violence. I hate romantic comedies and all that sappy crappy sentimental bullsh*t in life and in movies!

But for some strange reason i like this movie....WHY? I have no idea (i already know it's a bad movie). What's even stranger is that most of the people i know like it too and every single one of them admits it- and they're all like me.

The only explination i can come up with is it's 'cause i got a thing for Sarah, but i don't like Scooby Doo and i'm not a big fan The grudge either- I'm completely stumped on this and i'd appreciate it if someone could explain the appeal of this film.

Also, does anyone know why it's always shown so late in the UK ? When it used to be shown on Sky movies it was nearly always shown at around 1.00am and when it was shown last week on BBC1 it was 12.05am (I don't even think it's a friggin' PG for heaven sakes'). On the surface it's obviously a movie for young teenage girls but am i missing something ? Is there some kind of adult overtone that i'm not seeing but that is drawing me to this picture ?
