Wow, harsh criticism. So, any similar movies?

People are ripping into this movie with abandon. This movie should be appreciated for what it is... cute, magical, romantic fluff with Sarah Michelle Gellar in it. I just saw it again tonight and still love it. For a budget of 6 million, I'd say they did pretty well.

It reminds me of Kate & Leopold, another movie that surprised me by being better than I thought it would be. Also, If The Shoe Fits with Jennifer Grey. Good 90s fluff, that. =)

So many people, including Sarah Michelle Gellar, have harshed on this movie and I love it. Honestly I don't even like romance movies, but this is one of my few faves. So everyone else can hate, but I will continue to love it.

I agree; I don't understand all the hate. It's a cute, sweet movie. Probably won't change your life, but you'll smile and feel good at the end. BTW, the soundtrack is great.
Great little offbeat movie!
