Felicity left the series with no explanation whatsoever. Vanessa's departure at least had a half-baked and non sensical explanation.
Is it possible that Felicity was going to have a baby because of her encounter with Fat Bastard, so couldn't stay? I can see Austin Powers dumping her immediately on finding that out.
For the record I would have stayed with her even despite that. She would still have been a great catch.

That wasn't a deleted scene, it was in the end credits. Austin wasn't offended, rather he joined Felicity and the other Austin in a threesome.
She left the series with no explanation because that's what every Bond girl ever has done.
Vanessa only got a half-baked send-off because they had to explain away Austin's marriage to her and because it was funny to do a retcon that made no sense, i.e. "she was a fembot ALL ALONG" meaning for the entire first movie. How? Why? Doesn't matter, it's funny.
