High points for me:

Jerry Springer scenes

Mini Me

the rap/dancing scene

the play-on-words with the name of the rocket

the three different scenes during the closing credits

every time Dr. Evil would use air quotes, such as for "laser"

Dr. Evil vs. Scott Evil, Fat Bastard, Mini-Me and Dr. Evil Piano Playing, and the Jerry Springer portions had the entire theater howling. Man I miss those good times.
