I think the rating is just perfect. IMDB.com mostly surprises me with how well movies are rated.

If you look at the statistics (click the stars) you can see that most people give it a seven or an eight. Then there are always people who hate this genre but still watch the movie and give it a one or a two. I usually look at how most people rate it too see what it's worth.

Definately!! this film was brilliant...probably didnt have enough guns and special effects for them....*sigh*

Yes, the rating is very unfair. The other night I was watching it and the channel gave it a two out of for stars!

I don't get it. The movie was great! I read the book and it bears a really close resemblence to what is described.
