i gave it a re-watch myself 8 months or so back, & pleasantly surprised at how much i still enjoyed it.
the first two spiderman movies are chock full of fun raimi-isms, and they both hold up really well.

I enjoyed them too after watching it again for the first time in awhile. They actually feel like comic books to me, so I enjoy them.

shareI watch it at least once a year, I think it is the best of the Spider-Man films.
I was never a fan of Garfield.
I liked Holland in Civil War as a supporting character, not so much as the star.
With Maguire they got the right actor.
I go back and forth between this one and Spiderman 2 as the best Spider-film, although I haven't seen a lot of them. I have only seen Tom Holland in Age of Ultron and I didn't bother watching the second Garfield flick after the reviews came out.
