I think it's a great idea. Though I like the Highlander films, the whole series (of films, not the tv show) were a complete mess. I think the remake could be fantastic if they put efford in it.
Hmmm. I think they were referring to the video game that is to be released around March, 2010.
Though, it could be a remake. If so, I will see it regardless. I'm a loyal fan to the movies/series, so I have/want to.

The video game is put on hold. The reboot is confirmed to be in the works and they are working on the script at the moment.

I completely agree, Davis/Panzer are so desperate to keep their franchise going they don't care about scripts or actors and have turned into a bunch of yes men.

As a result the Highlander franchise is now a joke. Do these people have an inability to learn their lesson and shut the 'book'?
I love the first film but i now cannot watch it without thinking about the mess they made when someone said "how 'bout a sequel lads?".
What a total farce.
i really loved endgame, the source is a guilty pleasure, thought it was bad but found it entertaing (plus i really wasnt expecting much), and enjoyed the series but you are absolutely right bladebob. They really do put no effort into any of the franchise, even in the parts of the franchise i do like you can tell they really gave a half arsed effort to. All leading to very poor quality.
