It is unfortunate that the Highlander Universe

It is unfortunate that the Highlander Universe didn't have a fusion technique that was similar to Dragonball GT. This way Connor and Duncan could of fused into one being for the final fight then spit up into two again at the end.

It's rather unfortunate that they didnt use firearms against Kell. Makes sense.

And Kell broke the rules by using henchmen? Why dont Conner and Duncan do the same thing and fight Kell together.?
And the holy ground thing. Kell lives in a church. You can notice the cross when he is playing the instrument that proves it is a church+the architecture. He executes his henchmen there.

Also Sanctuary is holy ground...although they edited that out in the Extended Cut.

Connor & Duncan are men of honor. they choose not to violate the rules and break the tradition of immortals.

Kell on the other hand didnt care about the rules or the Game. he didnt even give a damn about the Prize. all he wanted was to make Connor suffer all the way till the end.

in the test footage they had that was the idea. Connor is seen forming and stepping out of Duncan.you see both MacLeods with drawn swords, it catches Kell off guard and as he stands in disbelief ,Duncan does the flip to behead him from behind. i guess they couldnt get the effect to look proper so they wound up doing the face morphing instead for the theatrical release. which they wound up trying to edit out in the 'Producer's Cut'
