The Chicago way is no ketchup. Like, don't go to Chicago and start putting ketchup on Chicago style hot dogs and Italian beefs. It's not that people will look at you funny, it's that ketchup isn't meant to go on them. Ketchup is a mental thing not a taste buds thing.
