Boy do these teens look old!

There was a lady on fire and she said, "Help me". She looked about 40 years old.

Maybe it was the time period. Having graduated in 2003 classmates who were on the Football team tended to look older.not a lot of babyfaces. It wasn't strange seeing classmates with similar haircuts or Goatees/beards like in the film.

It's typical of Hollywood to use young adults to play teens because they're easier to manage than actual teens. Mena Suvari was the only actual teen cast in this film, although she was old for a teen (19).

LOL I went through the actors DOBs and most of these High School teens were 22-27 when movie was released. It has been common though for students to be played by actors a good 8-10 years older in such movies.
