Monica getting it in the eyes from her smashed lenses. That actually made me cringe. Anything with eyeballs getting poked, smooshed, ripped out, stapled, sliced open, eaten, what have you, totally makes my skin crawl.
And the harpoon to the junk was pretty awesome.
